Our approach

Small home. Steady team. Time that does not rush.

We care for a small number of young people so that our team can hold the detail: the routine, the relationships, and the small repairs that matter after difficult days. Our practice is trauma-aware and attachment-attuned, and our staffing ratios reflect that.

Dignity

Young people are addressed, consulted, and kept informed like the capable people they are.

Consistency

A core team, a predictable rhythm, and handovers designed to protect continuity.

Belonging

A home that holds photographs, possessions, and the ordinary textures of daily life.

Safety

Clear boundaries, transparent practice, and safeguarding that young people themselves can see.

Regulation and governance

Decorum Care Homes Limited is registered in England. Registration with Ofsted under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 is in progress. Our Statement of Purpose is available to commissioners on request.

Speak with us

If you are considering Decorum for a young person, we would rather talk than send brochures.

A short call with our Registered Manager is usually the fastest way to know if we are the right home.
